Implementation of high-efficiency gas cogeneration in Kościerzyna

As part of the contract entitled “Conversion of a coal heat source into high-efficiency gas cogeneration in the K-1 boiler house in Kościerzyna” for Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Infrastruktury “KOS-EKO” Sp. z o. o. we are constructing two gas-fired cogeneration units with a nominal electric power of 1.2 MWe and a heating power of 1.36 MWt each.

The heat generated as a result of the process will be fully fed into the district heating network. The generated electricity will be partly used for the company’s own needs, the surplus will be exported to the power grid.
